Your Gift Certificate


The purchased Gift Certificate is issued by, and remains the property of, Flude Foto. It must be kept in a safe place and presented with its’ unique code at the time of booking a photo-session in order to redeem and verify the Gift Certificate Recipient.


Redemption


Gift Certificates are issued for redemption by the recipient in exchange for professional photography services, at a time and place agreed upon and confirmed by the recipient and Flude Foto. The Gift Certificate is intended to be redeemed for the purposes of the specific package listed on the gift card, however it may instead be redeemed as credit towards other photography services by Flude Foto up to the same value as the Gift Certificate. Any purchase exceeding the value of a Gift Certificate requires the remaining balance to be paid by the recipient to complete the transaction and receive any additional products or services not covered by the value of the Gift Certificate.


The recipient may redeem their Gift Certificate at www.fludefoto.co.uk/giftcard. The amount of your purchase from Flude Foto will be deducted from the balance on the Certificate. Any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Flude Foto reserves the right to refuse acceptance of Gift Certificates believed to have been stolen or obtained in any fraudulent way. Gift Certificates cannot be reproduced, redeemed for cash, resold, or returned for a cash refund, and cannot be replaced if stolen.


Using Your Gift Certificate


Photo sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to photographer availability. All photography bookings will require a signed contract at the time/date of scheduling, between Flude Foto and Client/Recipient. Without a signed contract, Gift Certificate holders do not have the right to use Gift Certificate in exchange for any Flude Foto products or services, or for any monetary refunds. Gift Certificates do not include specific times and/or dates, and shoots are limited by location to within 20 miles of Chichester, unless otherwise agreed upon. Locations which require further travel, permits, or parking charges, may incur additional fees above the Certificate amount, which will be paid by the recipient.


Expiration


Gift Certificates issued by Flude Foto are valid for one year from date of purchase and must be redeemed in full within this time period. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.
